Complaint Notice Requirements
A notice should include a signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location, contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury.
Notice and Takedown
After receiving a proper notice, we may remove or disable access to the material while the claim is reviewed.
Repeat Infringers
Under appropriate circumstances, Adv Megha Jain's Dossier may restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers.
